The title is my attempt to come up with a cheap pun based on Janeane's sitcom "All In" being picked up. The sitcom concerns Annie Duke, single mom and professional poker player.
Headlines include:
Garofalo has winning hand for NBC 'All In'
There are more. Surprisingly, the coverage from the National Enquirer is quite reserved, almost blurb-like.
A chronology of the casting is here. Rumor has it that the scripts for the first decade of the show have already been computed using template #B37.
For a taste of the echt, as always, we turn to the Poker Geek:
My guess is that you'll be able to say All In is about poker as much as you can say Everybody Loves Raymond is about writing a sports column.
6-21-05 UPDATE: Now see Janeane Garofalo poker sitcom not picked up.
