An hour of Robert Reich a day keeps the audience away

The mostly-fluff article "More stations are climbing aboard Air America" has a statement from Al Franken that is probably the most hilarious thing he's ever said. Not that there's much competition for that, but this statement is truly a competitor for Funniest Joke of All Time. You can probably already figure it out, but here it is:

...[to keep AAR's fresh and happening,] Franken offers such ideas as Robert Reich (the former secretary of labor) doing an hour show on business a day...

As soon as I got to the "a day" part I burst out laughing, and I'm still laughing as I type. Thanks Al!

Oh,dear god. Robert Reich is lawyer for pete sake, who for some unknown reason lectured about economics. I guess Harvard lets lawyer lecture about econ, because they know best! I was required to read his book "The End of Work" in grad school for my MBA. It was a load of crap. Why not go off the deep end and try to get Jeremy Rifkin (Cow farts are damaging the ozone layer) to do a show. Then you know it will be pure Cow manure.
