ChuckD's new show starts Sunday May 29th evening, Billboard reports. Called "On The Real," it will probably not feature an appearance by former Unfiltered co-star Lizz Winstead. It will, however, feature an appearance by Jamie Foxx.
According to writer/producer Gia Garel, we can expect: "music, comedy and verbal sparring highlighting the impact of current, global, sociopolitical issues."
As if that wasn't enough, a voluntary statement promulgated by Air America Co-COO/president of programming Jon Sinton educates us that: "Chuck D and Gia's show will provide listeners with the perfect mix of political activism and pop culture".
UPDATE: I originally spelled Garel's name the same way it was in Billboard's piece, which turns out to be wrong. It's now correct, and it links to her horribly-designed website. The "GG.COM" that follows your mouse around adds that extra 90s touch. No flash tags were spotted, although they and a few Java applets might be somewhere on her site.

The content broadcast via Air America is very much appreciated by this listener and I look forward to tuning in to tonight’s “On the Real” broadcast.
