This article says that (it's actually 50 miles to the northwest of that city) has hired a part-time operations manager from WGN. For a known-only-to-insiders reason, they state:
[Lorna] Gladstone's hiring could signal the addition of local elements into the program mix.

So they're getting a 0.4 in a market that the station is 43.58 miles (thanks, Google Earth) away from. I'd say that's actually pretty good.
Oddly enough, a different radio market is actually closer. Rockford, IL is 'only' 39.89 miles away
