Did Senator Smalley lie about Iraq's WMD?

Yesterday we brought you news of Al Franken's appearance on the Joe Scarborough show, where he talked about Iraq, WMD, and Bush versus Clinton. On the show he claimed that the Duelfer Report said that Clinton's '98 attack destroyed all Iraq's remaining WMD.

Now, the first comment here says that the Duelfer Report says no such thing, and there's more information on that here.

If true, can you trust anything else "Senator" Smalley says?
