Who and what is a progressive?UPDATE: It has come to this site's attention that the guest is Dan Savage, not Michael Savage.
Is there a coherent and compelling message capable of leading America toward a more just and humane society?
Who on the left is capable of articulating that message?

A progressive is somebody who gets sexually aroused when somebody else tells a "Kill Bush" joke.

Shame about no Michael Savage, that would have been a way more interestng event. These three are okay but will just vary slightly in their agreements with each other.

Wait a sec.
Progressives are Communists?
So you're saying that Theodore Roosevelt, a Republican President, was a communist?
Didn't know the Birchers were still around.

Hmmm, my neocon dad called me a communist because of my blog and I'm not even that far to the left. Neocons think anyone who doesn't agree with them is a screaming liberal and/or communist. So maybe a progressive is anyone but them.
