Is Air America Radio's Sam Seder a former hate-filled, mean-spirited, racist, bigoted, xenophobic, right-wing reactionary? Or, was he always the good, peace-loving, humanistic, right-thinking liberal person that he is today?
A completely unverified comment left on a thread he posted to the Huffington Post implies that the former is true:
Damn Sam, your politics sure have changed. I remember one day on our balcony at Connecticut College (remember your neighbor in Harkness?) when Ronald Reagan's helicopter flew over our campus. He had just finished giving the commnencement speech at the Coast Guard Academy. I remember clearly us both standing there. You stood up tall and proud and gave the helicopter one big glorious all-american salute. I flipped the helicopter off. To this day it is one of my biggest regrets. Do you regret your salute?
Who exactly is this "chicagoartist"? What would Seder's AAR co-workers and listeners say about his secret past? Developing...
